A: First off, thank you for visiting Royal Scuba, we are excited about our new dive shop. Here are a few things we would like you to know about us.  At Royal Scuba, we believe our prices are fair and just ( and downright incredible !) In addition, we are an Authorized Dealer for every item inventoried.

If you have any questions about any particular product, please do not hesitate to ask. We carry an open-door policy on questions.

Q4: What if you do not have the gear that I want in stock?

A: Most scuba stores will offer a small discount on IN-STOCK GEAR ONLY, and NO discount on gear that is not stocked. (Essentially, they make you pay for non-stocked gear at full MSRP Retail price.)

Q5: Another dive shop is having a sale, they say it is limited to in-stock items purchased at full retail while supplies last . . . what does this mean?

A: Well, their sale has three conditions:

One, it is only good for in-stock items. Two, their sale is based on MSRP full retail price. Three, they are only interested in selling the dusty inventory that they have on-hand, while supplies last. (No rain-checks.)

(1) RoyalScuba.com thrives on moving large amounts of inventory at low prices, so if there's an item in one of our dealer catalogs that is temporarily out of stock, we will still give you a great price on the product.

(2) We do not have a single item in our store priced at MSRP full retail price. Yes, our products are priced within all dealer MAP pricing contractual parameters, but Royal Scuba believes that today's shoppers/buyers are well-informed, economy-conscious, and computer savvy more than ever. We know that you want a good price and that you know how to find it. Our price usually is 15-20% less than all other Central Texas dive shops!

(3) Just because Royal Scuba carries hot-selling items that are constantly flying off the shelves is no reason to penalize our customers. Bottomline , if Royal Scuba can access the gear you want, even if we are currently out of that product, we are still very happy to offer you an unbeatable price. Q6: Does Royal Scuba offer certification classes?

A: We are a NAUI Dive Center and offer education / certification classes from the beginner (Open Water Cert) through the Divemaster level, from private classes to general group classes.

We teach NAUI and PADI classes, and offer volume discounts to all groups. In addition to our low prices on equipment, we offer a well-developed top-notch program to achieve your scuba diving certification.

Even if you have approved hand-me-down gear (or made the mistake of buying your gear elsewhere), Royal Scuba encourages you to take advantage of our highly-skilled instructors and our extremely competitive price options for your lifetime scuba certification classes.

Q7: Since your price is so much lower than other shops, is Royal Scuba an authorized dealer?

A: EQUIPMENT is our game! We're a Fully Authorized Service Center and Dealer for all products in our shop.  Everything has a Full Manufacturers Warranty! If you have any questions about our products from these lines please know that Royal Scuba would like to assist you, and if possible, give you an unbeatable deal.   PLEASE READ: ROYAL SCUBA's PRODUCTS ARE PRICED TO COMPETE WITH ALL MAJOR SCUBA STORES.
